Welcome
Welcome to the Louise Parkes School of Dance. We offer ballet, contemporary, tap, modern and jazz classes for children and adults of all ages from tiny tots to the over 80s.
We are all aware of the benefits of exercise no matter what age. And there is no better way to develop healthy muscles and bones, improve balance, posture and flexibility, than learning how to dance. Whether you or your children want to learn to dance for fun, or train to a high standard, it can provide a lifetime of artistic and physical pleasure. My aim as a Registered Teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance is to inspire all my students to experience and enjoy an art form that nurtures classical technique, musicality, individual expression and artistry. I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by a like-minded team of outstanding teachers and our mutual focus is to provide high quality teaching in a caring, supportive and joyful environment. Louise is also a licensed Silver Swans teacher, opening up opportunities for anyone who wishes to dance in their later years. It's never too late!
